Jason R. Paige

DDS

Dr. Jason R. Paige, a Hampton, VA native, has been practicing dentistry since earning his DDS from VCU School of Dentistry in 2006 after completing his Bachelor of Science at James Madison University in 2002.

His passion for service began in college while volunteering at the Harrisonburg Free Clinic. After owning his own practice for 13 years, he is excited to merge two Northside practices to offer convenient, comprehensive dental care to the growing community.

Dr. Paige is a member of the Peter B. Ramsey Dental Society, Old Dominion Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is married and has one daughter.

Karen S. McAndrew

DMD, MS - Prosthodontist

Dr. Karen McAndrew is a prosthodontist with advanced training from UNC-Chapel Hill, specializing in geriatric oral care, dentures, crowns, and veneers. 

She has served as an Associate Professor and Director of Implant Dentistry at VCU and has been recognized as a Top Prosthodontist and Best Cosmetic Dentist. Outside of work, she enjoys beekeeping, gardening, and time with family.

Vandana Sobnach

DDS

Dr. Vandana Sobnach earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in Mauritius in 2010 before continuing her education in the United States, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota.

She is passionate about advancing dental technology and providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Dr. Sobnach is deeply committed to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health through personalized treatment and modern dentistry. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Brittany

Office Manager

Brittany has been working in the dental field for 8 years as a dental assistant and recently made a change to the administrative side of the office.

She loves advocating for patients and ensuring that they get the best care possible. Brittany is very excited about her new role at our Mechanicsville location and continuing to grow with Seven Pines Dental. In her spare time, you can catch her at the beach with her dog & boyfriend.

Claire

Hygienist

Originally from Louisa County, Claire graduated from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry with a bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene.

She loves creating a welcoming environment where patients feel at ease during their visits and confident in their smiles. Claire is dedicated to providing gentle, thorough care while helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall wellness. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Hennd

Hygienist

Hennd Benabderrazak graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry and is dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and cared for during every visit.

She especially enjoys patient education and building meaningful relationships with her patients to help them achieve healthier smiles. Outside of the office, Hennd enjoys, hiking, weightlifting, traveling, and trying new foods.
